Gieboldehausen Castle emerged from a former burgher seat of Gieboldehausen Castle, called "Haus auf dem Wall". The adjacent park with a small pond and rare trees 🌳🌴 - black pines, false cypresses and ginkgo trees - now serves as a place for recreation and leisure. A playground has been set up for children.

A very nice place to rest, have a picnic or just relax. The castle ruins can be reached via a path that is partly steep and the foliage coloring now at this time of year is indescribably beautiful
