The chapel was demolished in 1692 due to its dilapidated condition. St. George's Church, a timber-framed building, was constructed on the site in 1696. After extensive renovations, St. George's Church was inaugurated as a concert hall in 1986 and now serves as a venue for concerts and exhibitions.

The manor house with its battlements on the walls was built between 1897 and 1900, was badly hit in the Second World War, and was used, among other things, for the primary school during the GDR era.
