Built in 1733 by Franziskus Matthäus Freiherr von Vernezobre de Laurieux. After the fall of the Berlin Wall, the castle was sold and now houses an exclusive swingers club.

It's a pity that the castle is cordoned off on all sides and is slowly but surely falling into disrepair.

I immediately noticed this ruin in Lieberose because it looks so romantic. It is the town church, which was built in the 15th century and was badly damaged by bombs in World War II. It has only been propped up and preserved to a certain extent. A local resident told me that there are efforts to put a roof over it to make it a meeting and memorial site. But nothing has happened to date. In my opinion, it can stay as it is, because it looks breathtakingly beautiful anyway.
