The Barbara Canal (overpass 9) is an artificially created navigable waterway in the northern Saxon municipality of Elsterheide. The canal lies between Lake Geierswalde and Lake Partwitz near Geierswalde. It is an artificially created canal in the Lusatian Lake District and connects two lakes formed by former open-cast lignite mines.

The basalt organ is just as fascinating to look at as the Rakotz Bridge. Both are located in the Rakotzsee of the same name. Both great photo motifs, which have now been freshly renovated and are now waiting for those who love taking photos. 😁👌 The basalt columns of the organ reminded me of those at Stolpen Castle (about 25 km east of Dresden)
