The chapel at Sonnwendstein stands picturesquely right next to the summit cross, lending the highest point of the tour a special atmosphere. Surrounded by mountain meadows and offering breathtaking views of the Vienna Basin, the Rax Mountains, and the Schneeberg, it is a tranquil place to pause for a moment. Many hikers use the small chapel for a short rest before starting their return journey or to enjoy the view for a while longer.

The Talschluss Chapel—also known as the Hunter's Chapel or St. Hubertus Chapel—is picturesquely located at the end of the valley, right next to the popular "Devil's Water" water playground. This small place of worship conveys a spiritual touch with its tranquil presence, while also offering convenient proximity to family-friendly attractions such as the Treetop Trail and the large suspension bridge.

Fuschl Castle is picturesquely situated on the western shore of Lake Fuschl in the Salzkammergut region and was built around 1450 as a hunting lodge for the Prince-Archbishops of Salzburg. The historic building has subsequently served various purposes, including as a backdrop for film productions, including the Sissi films. Today, the castle houses a luxurious hotel with its own spa and golf course.
