The Marienhütte is a shelter to stay

The Marienhütte invites you to linger on the Kleine Kyll mindfulness path. Because you should enjoy this path at leisure and not rush through it. Today, on a warm, summery October 13th, I even discovered three ladybirds in the Lady's Hut - if I had walked past, I would have missed it. So: stay careful and enjoy the journey!

A "luxury cabin": Large, spacious and unusually built with great views

I can't take as many breaks as there are beautiful huts and viewing benches here - there's not enough room in my backpack for that amount of bread, snacks and water.

The nice thing about the hiking trails around here is the fact that you can often catch a glimpse of the castles.

More of an architectural highlight and great photo opportunity than a refuge. The walls are open and the wooden supporting arches are delicately worked. You can photograph great silhouettes here when a hiker stands in front of the panorama.
