It's not the most spectacular pass but it has been well laid out. So, you can find parking, a well-maintained shelter and picnic tables. The Litschhof forest house, which offers the accommodation, is a few steps away.

The Litschhof pass is located in the Northern Vosges, in the French department of Bas-Rhin, on the forest road between the D 925 and Wingen. It allows the passage from the valley of the Sauer to that of the Lauter passing between the Schlossberg and the Weiherleswald. The altitude of the pass is 335 meters.

The Pfaffenschlick pass is located in the Northern Vosges, in the French department of Bas-Rhin, at the crossroads of the RD 51 and 65 between Climbach and Lobsann on the one hand, and Lembach and Schoenenbourg on the other. The road crosses the Hochwald massif and passes at an altitude of 371 meters.

The Col du Pigeonnier is located on the D 3 at an altitude of 432 m between Wissembourg and Climbach in the Northern Vosges, in the Bas-Rhin. The road passes between the summits of the Scherhol, on which was established until the Second World War a tower of the Vosges Club, and the Eselsberg.

Pass between Drachenbronn and Pfaffenbronn - the pass also got its name from the latter. There is a large parking lot, v. a. is well attended on weekends. Hiking trails go in many directions (e.g. the GR532, one of the long-distance hiking trails in the Vosges, also crosses here). The Auberge is recommended - delicious food, friendly service - but this also applies to a reservation there on the weekend.
