Beautiful and quiet lake with the possibility to go boating. According to sources, an early medieval farmstead was also lost in this paddling pond.

Nice PWV hut, which is otherwise easily accessible. Our opening times are: Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Source: https://www.pwv-busenberg.de/ If it is closed, the benches can also be used for snacks you have brought with you.

I have to praise the fact that we got a few more drinks at 5:20 p.m., although officially it was only open until 5 p.m. We found it not so great that the landlord only asked 2.50 euros for a small shot of lemonade (in the beer) - when asked whether she was serious, the boss in the background commented "OK - then 60 cents" .

Very nice place to linger, go pedal boating, eat and drink at the lake - child-friendly thanks to the playground, can be easily combined with a short family-friendly hike to the Queich spring.

Beautifully located hut with a large garden restaurant right by the idyllic paddle pond. Ideal for a longer break on the bike tour, with Palatinate spritzers and delicious dishes. If you want, you can walk around the pond.

Well-run hut with Palatinate specialties and great cakes. When it's cold it's good mulled wine! The Riesling spritzer wasn't bad either.

Very well suited to start various hikes from here. The climbing hut has the advantage that it is not only open on Wed and Sun, like so many huts in the Palatinate. Good food and drink, I love coming here.
