A break is always worthwhile here. Great view of Annweiler. The cabin is located in the middle of the forest and offers all kinds of tasty food.

Very well suited to start various hikes from here.
The climbing hut has the advantage that it is not only open on Wed and Sun, like so many huts in the Palatinate.
Good food and drink, I love coming here.

I have to praise the fact that we got a few more drinks at 5:20 p.m., although officially it was only open until 5 p.m. We found it not so great that the landlord only asked 2.50 euros for a small shot of lemonade (in the beer) - when asked whether she was serious, the boss in the background commented "OK - then 60 cents" .
