Idyllic, narrow path with some rough rocks. Drive slowly! The ruins are situated like a spur castle with fantastic views. A dream for children, but under parental supervision.

Great castle ruins. You can easily imagine how large and impressive this building once was. There is nice seating and views.

Very nice ruin. Worth visiting the castle. We have linked the system with our tour on Lemberg.

The ascent pulls a bit in the calves, but it's definitely worth it. Beautiful castle ruins to discover, especially in the evening in the light of the setting sun. There is a viewing platform and even a long table with benches for a rest.

A school hostel is housed here. Our school camp is in the Hunsrück, on the southern edge of the Soonwald. School classes, kindergartens, church groups and sports clubs will find accommodation here for successful, varied school trips and youth camps. https://www.schullandheim-winterburg.de/
