A beautiful, sheltered swimming pond with warm water early in the day. A nice entry point with a jetty, but on weekends the narrow lawn is unfortunately far too small for the crowds.

Very nice rest area directly on the Amper. The Amper is very shallow here on the bank.

On the lower Amper in Ottershausen, the river is divided into three separate branches at the “Steinernen Wehr” and the E-Werk. This creates two islands that are connected to each other via the weir, the “Rote Brücke” and crossings at the E-Werk and Mühlbach.

Here the Amper flows a little faster over the rocky ground, causing the water surface to ripple slightly.

Very nice place here. Few people there but something hidden. Very easy to reach by bike.
