Nice path "Steinerne Wand", exemplary protection with ropes, but sturdy shoes are recommended and you should also be sure-footed. On the stony path there is always a great view.

Schwarzenburg Castle is a well-preserved castle ruin that is well worth seeing in a beautiful landscape. The facility can be visited all year round, the Schwarzwihrberghütte with beer garden is open in the afternoons from April to October. The accessible keep serves as a lookout tower. About the story: "Heinricus de Swarcenburc" was named as Vogt by the Sankt Emmeram monastery in Regensburg as early as 1050. The castle was given to the Landgraves of Leuchtenberg in 1332, who sold it to the Bohemian Pflug in 1404. The last owner of the Schwarzenburg is their most famous : The "wild Heinz" von Guttenstein ". The legends about the castle ruins are on a display board at the entrance to the castle.
