Eichstätt is a large district town in Upper Bavaria. The city is the seat of the district of the same name and the administration of the Altmühltal Nature Park, as well as the episcopal see of the Eichstätt diocese and the headquarters of the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt.

When we reached the destination it wasn't 50 km planned, but 80 km!!. Komoot misled me enormously on this tour, the detour to Erkertshofen (there and back + 30 km!) was not planned according to the plan! After several km in off-line operation, my battery was just enough with a range of 4 km!
