From the Concordia Tower, the descent begins from the heights of the Lahn ridges in the Westerwald to the banks of the river. Several stops along the way, including the so-called "Mooshütte" (Moss Hut) dating from 1831, invite you to linger and enjoy the panorama of the river and the city.

Small shelter with spring (no drinking water!) Located in the middle of the forest. Depending on the water level, mosquitoes can be found here.

The Forsthaus Kühkopf was built in 1845 and, with its rustic flair, has served many visitors as a resting place in the Koblenz city forest for over 170 years. Refuge, a few meters away the “Kühborn” fountain. The fountain almost only drips even after heavy rain. It is a well fed by surface water. (No drinking water)
