Definitely stop by 😍 The price is a bit high, but the food is great and the atmosphere is fantastic. You can also just walk there for a coffee or even drive there if you want. Highly recommended as a little break 💚

The Hohlestein is a 476 meter high basalt cone and is located in the Habichtswald Nature Park near Kassel.

The view from Hohen Dörnberg is fantastic, a visit up here is always worth it 🙂 There is a stamping point for the Mittelgebirgstürer pass on the Dörnberg.

The elf beech tower: An observation tower that is currently closed due to dilapidation. The tower built in 1879 by the Cassel Beautification Association with masonry blocks made of Habichtswald basalt tuff was inaugurated on September 18, 1879.
