Koblenz Cable Car, also known as the Buga Cable Car or Rhine Cable Car The Koblenz Cable Car, also known as the Buga Cable Car or Rhine Cable Car, is an aerial cable car across the Rhine in Koblenz. It was built as an attraction and environmentally friendly transport link for the 2011 Federal Garden Show. The Roman tower is located on the Pulverberg in Sayn-Bendorf and is part of the LIMES UNESCO World Heritage Site. It was reconstructed as a watchtower with palisades in 1912 by route commissioner Georg Loeschcke of the Reich Slim Commission. A monument was erected to him on the ascent path. There is a wonderful view of Bendorf-Sayn, the Rhine and the Giant Mountains.

On August 31, 1897, the copper-engraved monument to Kaiser Wilhelm I was inaugurated in the presence of Kaiser Wilhelm II.
