From the east side of the Edertalsperre the very beautiful place can be reached via the route with the blue dot. Likewise the pulpit view of the dam of the Edersee. For great photos, the ascent to the viewing platform is definitely worth it. However, the trail is very steep in some places and interspersed with numerous large stones and tree roots. It is advisable to take a flashlight with you for the descent. Even when there is a full moon, it is pitch black in the forest. It is advisable to be up well before sunset, as the viewing platform can also be well visited by other hikers. 😊
