The Lindensee is located in Rüsselsheim am Main and is near Mainz. It has an area of around 3 hectares and, in addition to the wonderful lake, also has a forest. In summer you can swim and sunbathe here at any time. But you can also just have a picnic on one of the meadows. In autumn and winter you can also go cycling, jogging or hiking here.

The Lindensee is a popular destination for hikers, dog walkers and cyclists. It is located away from the more heavily frequented routes. On the banks you can enjoy nature in peace with a view of the water. Swimming and fishing are prohibited.

Very great lake and always a welcome point for cyclists. Or even hikers 😉

In the northwestern part of the Mönchsbruch, a little off the beaten track in the middle of beautiful pine and birch forests, the rather large moor lake is very reminiscent of its northern German counterparts. The relative proximity to the airport does not seem to bother the numerous waterfowl, at least. Simply beautiful there!
