The Sohlhöhe is an interesting place where many paths intersect, one of which is the Eselsweg, which leads to Bad Soden/Salmünster. A shelter and seating areas with tables and benches are also available.

Well signposted MTB tour - unfortunately a lot of forest highway (what I mean by that). The trail share is 10% and approx. 20% smaller forest trails. The rest of the way then goes over wider forest paths or bike paths. The tour is easy to drive, no technically difficult sections, except for the DH at the end (if you choose this). At the beginning of the tour (first climb) you should divide your strength - from then on, nothing can go wrong.
