The Weyhershauk is a nature reserve in the Rhön biosphere reserve. On the natural history trail, hikers can get to know the northernmost occurrence of an important dry habitat in Bavaria. It is one of the most valuable areas due to its species-rich equipment with a large variety of animal and plant species.

Kreuzberg - Gemündener Hütte - Kletterwald Rhön - Neustädter Haus are easily combinable destinations, combined with the great views towards Bischofsheim. Attention, since autumn 2022 it is no longer possible to stop in the Neustädter Haus until further notice (closed due to dilapidation).
