A great view of the Arnsberg, which unfortunately isn't accessible by road bike. But there are other bikes and hiking boots available.

Beautiful views into the distance and of the nearby Kreuzberg and Arnsberg mountains. Anyone who still has the energy at this point should tackle the last few meters to the Kreuzberg summit. The path is paved all the way to the summit, making it suitable for road bikes.

This descent from the Hochrhön to Bischofsheim, or vice versa, is a tough climb, and is characterized by a good surface that you can really roll on. However, you should definitely keep an eye on the hairpin bend as there is a gravel pit there, which means that there is often sand or gravel or stones on the road in the bend!

The moor can only be seen from a distance on a racing bike. There is a large hiking car park and a guest house here. It is also the highest point on the crossing on the B278 from Bischofsheim to Wüstensachsen.

A route that is always popular with cyclists, with the panoramic views typical of the Rhön. The route has excellent asphalt, a pleasantly steady gradient and relatively little traffic.

A beautiful, easy-to-ride, mostly steady climb with good asphalt and only moderate traffic. From up here you have the view into the distance that is typical of the Rhön. Anyone traveling in the area should put the route on their to-do list.

Actually, I can only agree with the previous speakers. It is a wonderful section with great views, great asphalt and generally little traffic. A must for anyone who is out and about in the Rhön on a racing bike.
