São João do Monte River Beach, also known as Paraíso River Beach, is a calm and great place to spend the day by the river. It offers infrastructure such as a bar, snacks and bathrooms, as well as a historic Romanesque bridge.

The Alfusqueiro River Park, located near Águeda, offers an idyllic river beach on the Alfusqueiro River, with natural grass and a large sandy beach. It has a shaded picnic area, bar and views of Serra do Caramulo. It is a peaceful place and perfect for families, with calm, clear waters and modern infrastructure, including parking, toilets and picnic areas.
