If I look at the past pictures in this highlight, then you become aware of the climate and the damage of German forests. Currently (08/22) the view from the Trödelsteine is still wonderful, but mainly of bare plains and slopes. A very sad picture with great views from the basalt stone mountain.

An impressive gorge and easy to walk. Pleasant fresh air, which also invites you to run in summer. The basalt breakthrough clearly shows the power of the water.

A very nicely situated small family cemetery at the entrance to the Holzbach Gorge. A place for silence and contemplation and in the early morning hours with mystical impressions through the natural play of light.
