For me it's more of a long-term goal. So it was a highlight to have come this far. There are two restaurants around the dam and the paths around it are paved and easy to drive on.

In this idyllic spot is the source of the Lahn, which is hidden in a pond. Right next door is the forester's lodge and a few meters further along the road is a second country inn. You can stop and spend the night in both.
