A chic village with ambiance........... Gimbte is a district south of Greven. This small, idyllic village with around 900 inhabitants is a must-see on any bike tour towards Münster. The historic town center, with its typical Münsterland restaurants, is particularly beautiful. It's a perfect place to stop for a bite to eat. A picturesque town centre, many cafés and restaurants, an extremely attractive environment: Gimbte has everything a destination needs. And so it is not surprising that there is a lot of activity here not only in the summer months.

Nice cliffs to climb

The "Squatting Woman" is an imposing rock formation with an associated legend, according to which a mother turned to stone to save her children from approaching floodwaters. There are several climbing opportunities, but caution is advised. Several paths lead to and around the Squatting Woman.
