Wonderful view of the country! Ideal as a promotion destination - not overcrowded and still wonderful... or just because of that ;-)

The Stolzalpe is one of the climatically particularly favorable regions in Styria. From the LKH Murtal, an easy to moderately difficult hiking trail leads mainly through forests to the summit. Again and again you have a wonderful view of the valleys in between. The summit itself is marked with a simple summit cross. However, the summit book with the stamp is not by the cross, but in the chapel about 5 minutes' walk below the summit.

Very nice up there. Push the bike or, better still, carry it the last few meters. coming from Rinegg. Then push the northern descent over the summit cross and some fences and cow pastures have to be crossed.

The view is very nice, but windproof clothing is recommended. For all Winnie the Pooh fans: There are hot leaves on the summit;)

The Bocksruck can be reached on foot from Unzmarkt in about 2 1/2 hours, at the top you have a great all-round view from the Murtal over the Lachtal to the Zirbitz!

The Grebenzen is a beautiful panoramic mountain. There are several caves around the summit, in which many bat species feel comfortable. So if you stay overnight at the Dreiwiesenhütte directly below the highest point, keep your eyes open at dusk.

At 1,459 meters, the Kreuzeck is the highest point between Neumarkt in Styria in the south and the Murtal in the north. The summit is forested, so the view is limited. It is all the more beautiful, however, from the ruins of the Steinschloss, which is not far away on the north-western mountain slope.

The Stolzalpe is a mountain group in the upper Mur Valley in Styria. Its highest point is the 1,817 meter high summit of the same name. At the summit there are trees and a high summit cross for a nice snapshot.
