Very nice cabin on the Geisbichl

Nice hut with a beautiful view into the distance. Hot meals are unfortunately only available until 2:30 p.m. After that, only sandwiches or bread and butter. We were lucky and were given small hot meals. Also important, so you don't get surprised, are these times: Daytime operations 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Before daytime operations: Self-service drinks in the Panorama Room Afternoon break 4:00-5:30 p.m. During the afternoon break: Self-service drinks in the Panorama Room *We at least like the self-service drinks.* Emergency room (Panoramic Room): The Panorama Room remains open at all times – protected from wind and weather – even when nobody is there. A refrigerator with self-service drinks is available. We caught a dream day, few hikers, sun and blue sky accompanied us through the gorge - definitely take the lower path, it is easy to walk and has 5 exit points.

A beautiful little town with a church and a castle. The north-south long-distance hiking trail 05 and the Roman road 651 pass through here.

A very nice hut on the Pielachtal circular hiking trail 651, very friendly people, ideal for resting and there is also a beautiful view.
