The Frau Hitt-Jöchl is an impressive pass in the Karwendel Mountains, known for its striking rocky peak that resembles a female figure. Here you can enjoy breathtaking views of Innsbruck and the surrounding Inn Valley as well as the imposing peaks of the Karwendel Mountains.

Great starting point for hikes. The scavenger hunt for the kids is great.

This is a really nice hike. The summit can be climbed from both sides, so it is also suitable as a circular route. However, it requires fitness and surefootedness. If you're a bit afraid of heights like me, you'll have to swallow 3 times, both on the last climb and in the first few meters of the descent. But there are rope insurances that are very helpful and voila, I mastered it 😇
