비엔나-노이슈타트 운하를 따라 포장된 자전거 도로. 길을 따라 운하를 건너는 작은 다리, 작은 수력 발전소, 많은 벤치와 휴식 장소, 그리고 식당이 있는 휴게소가 있습니다.

1177년부터 바벤베르크 가문의 방계 가문이 성에 거주했습니다. 원래는 비잔틴 황제 플라비우스 마누엘 1세의 조카인 테오도라의 미망인 거주지로 계획되었습니다. 하인리히 2세(1236년) 사망 후, 바벤베르크 가문의 본가로 소유권이 돌아왔습니다. 성은 1529년까지 유지되었으며, 이때 제1차 비엔나 공성전에서 화염에 휩싸였습니다. 1556년에는 낙뢰로 인해 완전히 전소되었습니다. 이후 성은 폐허로 방치되었고 클라우스겐의 집들을 짓는 데 필요한 자재 공급원으로 사용되었습니다.

칼렌더베르크의 소나무 숲에 있는 바위 경사면의 뫼들링거 '클라우젠'으로 이어지는 인공 유적. 1809년 요한 1세 폰 운트 추 리히텐슈타인 공작이 오래된 '감시초소'의 기초 위에 세웠습니다.

Not far from the scenic Wilhelmswarte and the Klesheimwarte is the Anninger-Schutzhaus, a popular destination for hikers and nature lovers. The Mödling castle ruins are picturesquely located in the Föhrenberge Nature Park and are one of the most impressive historical sites in the region. Originally built in the 12th century, it once served as an important fortress before falling into disrepair in the 16th century. Today, the well-preserved remains offer a fascinating insight into medieval history and are a popular destination for hikers. From the ruins you can also enjoy a breathtaking view of Mödling and the surrounding area.
