The high medieval castle is considered the best preserved Romanesque castle in Styria. Privately owned by the Gisslinger family since 1918 and unfortunately not open to the public.
The castle was probably built around 1170. Today it is privately owned and unfortunately not open to the public. But there is a detailed information board and at least a few photos from the outside are possible.
