You can also spend the night in the hut. It is usually open from the beginning of May to the end of October and from the beginning of December to the end of March.

The hut is located just below the summit cross and is a self-catering hut. There is no catering here!

Great snack station with delicious homemade products such as homemade cheese, ham, bread, etc. There is a small petting zoo and a playground for the children.

The Bernhard-Fest-Hütte is a self-sufficient refuge and therefore not managed. It can be rented through the Austrian Alpine Club. However, it is also a good place to rest at any time, as it is more sheltered from the wind here.
