The Bernhard-Fest-Hütte is a self-sufficient refuge and therefore not managed. It can be rented through the Austrian Alpine Club. However, it is also a good place to rest at any time, as it is more sheltered from the wind here.

Beautiful alpine hut at 1770m above sea level with a very nice landlady. Even in October, the terrace is still great. Monday & Tuesday are closed. There are large portions when eating!
