A stag with a shining cross between its antlers is said to have appeared to him, which is often depicted in portraits of Hubertus. This legend was originally attributed to Saint Eustace and over time 'migrated' to Hubertus. His memorial day in the calendar of saints is November 3rd.

A great hut with a pleasant atmosphere and very friendly staff.

The path to the Pettenfirsthütte (710m) is suitable for families and children. From Zell am Pettenfirst it goes up via the children's forest. The innkeepers at the hut are very friendly, the service is good, the cuisine is down-to-earth and the prices are quite reasonable. Opening hours: Open Tuesday-Sun in summer, Monday is a day off. In winter it is open Fri-Sun.

Old Town Schwanenstadt is the historical core of the municipality of Schwanenstadt in Upper Austria. The old town is located on the town square, which is lined with numerous town houses from different eras.
