Saint Hubertus, to whom this chapel is dedicated, lived from 655 to 727 and is a very popular saint, known above all as the patron saint of hunters. A stag with a shining cross between its antlers is said to have appeared to him, which is often depicted in portraits of Hubertus. A great hut with a pleasant atmosphere and very friendly staff.

The path to the Pettenfirsthütte (710m) is suitable for families and children. From Zell am Pettenfirst it goes up via the children's forest. The innkeepers at the hut are very friendly, the service is good, the cuisine is down-to-earth and the prices are quite reasonable. Opening hours: Open Tuesday-Sun in summer, Monday is a day off. In winter it is open Fri-Sun.
