Nice stopover on the way to Sünser Spitze

One of the eye-catchers in this area: the mountain range runs almost all around and despite the high location there are midsummer days suitable for swimming

Unfortunately there was no water in the lake, so you could walk right through it

It's definitely a beautiful lake when it's full to the brim. Unfortunately, it was so empty during our visit that we could only walk through it! But that was still nice 🤣👍

Unfortunately the dam is no longer accessible at the moment, so the waterfall is best seen from a distance!!!

Small round with an impressive overflow into the Rsppenschlucht, an insanely blue color of the water and a small rest area along the way

We hiked up the Rapploch Gorge. Both the walk there and the way out of the lake were worthwhile. On Wednesday, the lake was very silted and had become more of a trickle of the stream.

Nice flat circular route around the lake. Then turn left and take a break at the waterworks. From there, walking into the back part of the gorge is recommended and should not be missed.
