The Rappenloch and Alploch Gorges in Dornbirn are among the largest gorges in Central Europe. They were carved into the hard limestone by the flowing water of the Dornbirner Ach. Today adventurous footbridges lead through them and past extraordinary rock formations. They are therefore very well developed.

A magnificent natural setting where the weather doesn't matter: there's plenty of water, you'll definitely get wet. 🤗 The paths are well maintained and inclines are very conveniently replaced with steps. Elsewhere, you'd have to pay a lot to get in.

Beautiful view from the summit, which can be easily reached via a grassy slope, provided you have overcome the rope-secured passages of the hiking trail.

Short climb but exciting and beautiful, goes up to bus stop 46, then the road becomes spectacular. If you have to wait for the 46, you can still have a look here: Better: take the bus to Ebnit and enjoy. Awesome!
