Great view of the Traunstein and the surrounding area. If you walk quickly, you can reach the summit in 1 hour. The path from the summit to the right further down is partly overgrown but recognizable (waterproof shoes are an advantage if you are out and about in the morning...wet, tall grass)

The adventure playground and the low ropes course on the Grünberg plateau is a paradise for children at an altitude of almost 1,000 meters. The large children's playground is located directly below the Grünbergalm's extended terrace and viewing platform and leaves nothing to be desired. Paragliders and hang gliders take off to lofty heights from the launch site on Grünberg, in the immediate vicinity of Grünbergalm. The beautiful Salzkammergut offers fantastic views from the mountain to the valley.
