It's a challenging bike ride to this hut, but you get what you pay for. Fantastic mountain views. A lovely place to rest for a while, and they have delicious dishes on the menu.

Always open until the cattle drive. This year 2024 until the beginning of October! Owner Fred has the best Kaiserschmarrn there is!! :-) There are also very special wines stored in the wine cellar... There are not many huts that can pamper a wine lover like this!!

Where else is there a paid parking lot (with ticket machine) on an alpine pasture? ;-))

Tragösser side: a little more than 1.5 km paved, then gravel. pleasant slope, short to max 13%...

Simply a brilliant prospect. If you want to go even higher, the Mugelschutzhaus is recommended. :) Up there you can also indulge in culinary delights and enjoy the sun in a deck chair before you set off.
