The multi-layered rock formations are definitely spectacular, from the Nagelfluh to the main dolomite to the brittle slate and other geological sundries of the Gosau layers.

Great view. The ascent from the Putzenjoch is tedious, as there is only scree on the grassy slope, but the view from the top is always worth it. Arriving back at the Putzenjoch you can admire the committed serpetines again 🙃. You can also climb up from the Anhalter Hütte, but I don't know this path, but it doesn't look too difficult from above.

Great view, steep ascent in combination with the Anhalter Höhenweg (caution on weather or snow conditions and partial exposure!) a dream

A summit that can be reached without technical difficulties in summer, centrally located, with a good view. All sorts of funny knick-knacks on the way to the Fallerscheinalpe. A stop there is worthwhile. 👍

Fantastic ski touring mountain, without major alpine difficulties, but be aware of the avalanche situation
