An unbelievable place!!! Like a "Royal Lounge" looking down at the Water Ballet Scenario below the Burj Khalifa - and across and up at the Burj itself. It is right beside the exquisite Address Hotel. It's expensive, but it's worth it. Believe me. Great time of the day for this: the BLUE HOUR after sundown
