It is forbidden to drive up to this point "Cliffwalk am First". The only ways to get there from Grindelwald are: - Climb of almost 2 hours on foot; - By cable car (25 min). This costs 68 francs to go and return. Also the last ride down is at 17:30.

Stunning views of the Brienzersee and the Jungfrau Region’s highest peaks; the Eiger, Mönch, Jungfrau, Schreckhorn and Finsteraarhorn. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking no matter the direction you look in.

You can get here by train. The "Schynige Platte" hiking adventure starts from here. If you like, you can enjoy the Botanical Alpine Garden on the right, or turn left to the Schynige Platte panoramic restaurant. All hiking trails lead across the plateau from here.

You can easily get to the Schwinge Platte by train. There you can see the alpine garden and lots of flowers. If you feel like it, you can still do the panorama trail.
