The park stretches along the upper slopes of the 835-meter-high Monte Pescia, extending considerably in length and height over approximately 200,000 square meters. It offers a wealth of flowers, shrubs, and trees, as well as a wealth of art objects. Gandria is a pretty village on the shores of Lake Lugano. The village has very ancient origins and once lived on fishing and olive oil production. This is no longer the case, but today you can still admire the marina and residential buildings from the 16th and 17th centuries.
