Now that the Punschkuchl team from Tulln has taken over the hut, it is hipper, a bit more alternative and much more loving than other huts. You can go SUP, at 8 there is yoga with a view of the Hafner and the breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing.

Although the Twenger Almsee is at 2120m, it is currently (August 2023) so warm that people enjoy swimming inside - as well as in the nearby Schönalmsee.
