The Franz Senn Hut is located at an altitude of 2,147 meters and is run by the Austrian Alpine Club. It is the largest hut in the Innsbruck section, was built in 1885 and has since been expanded several times. The hut is a convenient place to stop on a trail run, because before continuing uphill or downhill, you can stop here and recharge your batteries.

I just walked past it on the way to the Rinnenspitze. Looks very neat. The short contact to the employees was very friendly. Really nice location
