A very attractive hiking trail along the Ramsauer Ache between Hintersee and Ramsau. The path leads gently down from the beautiful Hintersee through the enchanted forest, along the partly wild stream. On the way you pass many beautiful scenic impressions (water gorges, boardwalks, glacial springs, bridges, mills and restaurants).

If you hike down the path from Hintersee through the magic forest, you will soon reach this curved wooden bridge over the Ramsauer Ache. From the bridge you have a wonderful view of the watercourse, which sometimes flows more, sometimes less.

Natural stream that is reminiscent of a wide gorge.

The Blaueishütte is spectacularly located on a plateau below the Blaueis glacier. Supplies are delivered by a cable car from a location further down, which can be reached by four-wheel drive vehicles from the national park administration. From the viewing terrace you can see as far as the Hintersee.

The Ramsauer Ache roars through the boulders in the magical forest in a wildly romantic way.

Well laid out paths through the middle of the gorge. Caution is advised with small children, because the rope insurance on the wooden walkways is somewhat distanced from the walkway in some places and children who hold on to the rope run the risk of stepping next to the walkway.
