The Anninger offers the most beautiful panoramic view, stretching from the Schneeberg to Vienna. Please always close the doors. There is shelter at the bottom in case of a storm.

The Sina-Warte (Sina Lookout) stands atop the Hoher Lindkogel (834 m) in the Vienna Woods and is one of the region's most famous observation towers. From its platform, visitors can enjoy impressive panoramic views of the Vienna Basin, the foothills of the Alps, and, on a clear day, all the way to Vienna. Built in the 19th century, the tower commemorates Countess Sina and is a worthwhile destination for hikers and view lovers.

Be careful in strong winds

The summit cross is not at the highest point, but it does offer a good view.

At the moment the path is difficult to walk as there are a lot of fallen trees blocking it - you could consider it a hurdle race.

After a strenuous climb, you'll be rewarded with a breathtaking view at the summit of Anninger. From the Wilhelmswarte, you can enjoy an impressive 360-degree view of the region. However, the trail markings to and from the lookout tower are not ideal. Visiting the tower is free and definitely worth it! I visited this mountain as part of my Dwarf Mountain Tours series (ZBT#8).
