The Gamsjoch summit with its summit cross is the goal of the tour for many - however, the main summit is the east summit, which can be reached further along the ridge by sure-footed mountaineers.

Unfortunately, we weren't lucky, and the summit was covered in clouds. The cross contains a summit log and a pen.

An incredibly beautiful view. But also a very difficult hike up. But it's worth it!

The view from the 2,094 meter high Mahnkopf is magnificent. The rugged peaks of the Falken group are super impressive and the rest of the mountain panorama is also worth the climb.

Great summit with a fantastic panoramic view. Climb from Gramai via the north side, challenging with climbing sections (surefootedness, a head for heights and mountaineering experience recommended), descent (or alternative ascent) via the normal route on the south side, steep and rocky, but easy to walk, not exposed. A stop at Gramai Hochleger is highly recommended!

The Mahnkopf is known for its flower-filled meadows and the wonderful view of the imposing Laliderer walls. It is particularly popular in spring and summer, when the globeflowers are in full bloom and the alpine flora shines in all its diversity. A hike to the Mahnkopf offers you a perfect mix of enjoying nature and impressive landscapes.

And if it were the last view, then the effort of the climb would have been worth it. So rugged and yet so beautiful. If anyone finds my glasses again on the way down over the Lalider Alm, please let me know. I would be really happy 🤗
