Stromberg Castle Ruins: Only parts of the ring wall, a castle manor, and the 15th-century St. Paul's Tower remain. A coat of arms stone dating from 1564 can still be seen at the castle gate.

The Rheda Castle Park is a historic garden and park that can be traced back to 1623 and has been open to the public since 1842. The facility is integrated into the European Garden Heritage Network.

The castle sits on a hill above the Ems. Very nice to see both from the castle park and from the forecourt.

The palace has been the ancestral seat of the Princely House of Bentheim-Tecklenburg since 1557. The Rheda palace and park is part of the 100 palaces route.
