The Trifelsblickhütte is operated by PWV-Gleisweiler. It is 550 m high and is one of the highest PWV huts. Food and drink is always available. The view of the Annweiler castles is downright spectacular from up here.

Interesting monument, impressive foresight and good, very large parking space nearby, which is very important for strangers. After the hike, a Palatinate plate in the forest restaurant. Half a piece of Black Forest is enough for dessert, more is not possible.

The Peace Memorial in Edenkoben was built in 1899 on the Werderberg near Edenkoben in memory of the victory in the war of 1870/71. The equestrian figure is a naked youth holding an olive branch in his hand and holding it up as a sign of peace. From there you have a nice view of the Rhine valley on Edenkoben.

Great PWV hut with huge sun terrace for relaxing and short brekes. The hospitality is always top. The cake 🍰 is always a highlight whether biking or hiking 🥾
