A small lovely chapel welcomes you just after you enter the inn area. Very worthy to be visited during St. James Camino.

This is a great place to take a break. The service is nice and the drinks cold as it should be. If you only want to take a short break, you should at least stop at the ice cream machine and take a delicious soft ice cream with you for the rest of the way. Mmmmmmhhh….

The Schweden-Hütte is located at 780m above sea level. NN. Built in Canadian log cabin style from 80-year-old local spruce. From the sun terrace you have a unique panoramic view of the Rothaar Mountains. Always worth a visit. Delicious food, friendly service and in winter you can warm up here by the fire after a long hike.
