Nice spectacle, but whoever expects "pure nature" will be disappointed. The area is completely fenced in and can only be entered after paying a fee. But it's nicely laid out and you can still look at a few more things than waterfalls. https://www.scheidegg.de/scheidegger-wasserfaelle/

The Scheidegger waterfalls have become a commercialized educational trail with a children's playground. Entry costs € 4.50. You can look at it and read the boards with interest. The circular route is manageable for everyone, no matter how good you are on foot. It only gets nice when you walk upstream directly on the Riedbach towards Alte Zollstraße. There are also waterfalls there, you have to partially cross the river and around it pure nature. Sturdy shoes and surefootedness as well as Komoot or similar are recommended.
